Random Tuesday Thoughts

randomtuesday

In a stunning display of my awesome klutziness, I managed to smash my head on the cupboards above a desk at work. And I mean smash, as in just-about-knocked-myself-out kind of smash. Now I have a dent in my skull.

Torture is coming home to a teenage daughter pulling freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies out of the oven....when you're on a %#@&*! diet.

Thank you so much, Mister, for carefully pushing phone buttons in the middle of the night, just so you could wake me up --and not believe me-- that you DIALED THE WRONG NUMBER.

I’m thinking of taking the LSAT cold, no prior studying. Is that stupid? I’m a really good test taker…

I’m still coughing from this stupid whateveritisihave. The doctor said, “It has all the symptoms of the flu but the high fever, so it’s not the flu. But I don’t know exactly what you have.” I had to pay a lot of money for the doctor to give me a prescription for cough syrup.

That's why I don't go to the doctor for a generic cold or virus.

The copay gets me every time. This is when I ask if they have samples. I totally scored a z pack last time I had a sinus infection off the doc and didn't have to fill the script!

Gotta love wrong number, doctors, kids who can eat chocolate chip cookies with out worrying about it and the old smashing your head on something. I feel your pain - lol.

ha - I think that same guy has called me a time or two... argh.

If it looks like the flu and tastes like the flu, it's probably the flu, screw the diagnosis. Feel better. And I hate wrong numbers in the wee hours, I always assume someone I know is dead.

Man.. hope that cough medicine wards off the dude who will likely call at the exact same time tonight.

Diets are NEVER in play when chocolate chip cookies are coming out of the oven.

I think that guy has me on speed dial.

Don't you wish that just ONCE the doctor would say, "freshly baked chocolate chip cookies are the only thing that will cure you"??

LOL Jello Jigglers. Hope you feel better. Put some insulation in between the floorboards and ceiling in the basement, if there is one. If not, something to think about. Yeah, we have Girl Scout cookies, I keep giving them away.

I say jump in and take the test...

You're really still sick? Great doctor's advice. Google would probably heal you faster.

I've got several permanent dents in my head from several klutzy accidents over the years.

Happy Randomness. Feel better.

Cover your feet with Vicks and pull on socks when you go to bed. ALLEGEDLY, AHEM, ALLEGEDLY stops coughing.

Oh, I'm a total klutz as well! If there's something to brain myself handy, you can bet I will be crying in a matter of minutes!

What IS it with stupid people calling the wrong number and then ARGUING about it?! Don't they KNOW that they're stupid?! Then again, the smart ones charge too much for cough syrup...

My kids have been passing whateverthehellitis around for a while now...I've been pretty lucky not to get it yet.

Fill in the dent in your skull with spackle. That's what I did and it didn't me least affect in.

Perhaps the dent can distract you from the cough? F the diet - sounds like you really need some cookie-luv!

All these people telling you to eat those cookies! They don't know just how much you're (we're) suffering here. I won't let my family open the GS cookies until I can have some, too.
I'm with mrsbear, my stomach does 25 flip-flops whent the phone rings in the middle of the night. I've told wrong numbers that "at 3:00 in the morning maybe they should open their D#*N eyes before they dial!"
LSAT?? Isn't that the law school test?
